To support this ambition, an exciting opportunity has come up within the B2B Marketing Communications team, for an ambitious and highly motivated Marketing Assistant.
Our purpose as a team is to deliver outstanding marketing communications for business customers to maintain strong brands, deepen our relationships and grow our business profitably. Your role will be to support the development and delivery of integrated customer communications for small to medium sized businesses. We work across a variety of marketing channels from email, direct mail, social media, website and advertising.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Creation of briefs
- Provide feedback on creative to internal colleagues and external agencies
- Developing timing plans to ensure work is delivered on time to tight schedules
- Review performance to evaluate and recommend improvements
- Budget management support including raising purchase orders
- Use the internal approval system to manage campaigns and follow the Financial Promotions process.
Job Skills and Requirements
- Marketing experience or qualification
- Knowledge of FS marketplace, ideally in B2B desirable
- Ability to work optimally and collaboratively with agencies
- Excellent attention to detail
